1. The promotion

1. Zabili — Read The Card: UFC 330 (the “Promotion”) is a free-to-play prediction game operated by ZABILI MARKETS LTD (“Zabili”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Kenya. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter, play or win, and no payment gives any advantage. Entering means you accept these Terms in full.
2. The Promotion runs on the UFC 330 main card of 15–16 August 2026 (UTC). The six main-card bouts and the main-event method market are scored together as one entry (your “card”).
3. Entry is open to anyone aged 18 or over. Employees of Zabili and their immediate families may play but cannot win a prize.

2. Playing your card

4. Each entrant receives 10,000 points. Points are scoring units only: they have no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or redeemed.
5. You must call every fight on the card, placing a minimum of 500 points on each, and you must place all 10,000 points. Points left unplaced cannot be submitted and expire unused.
6. The method market on the main event is optional and free. It does not draw on your 10,000 points and cannot reduce your score.
7. Each fight closes 20 minutes before its estimated walkout. Walkout times are estimates: the closing time shown on the site governs, and may move if the running order or the card changes. Submitting in time is your responsibility.
8. Once submitted, a card is final. It cannot be changed, added to or withdrawn.

3. Prices, scoring and settlement

9. Every outcome is shown as a price: the market's implied chance of it happening. A winning call returns your points multiplied by the payout shown at the moment you confirmed it. Shorter price, smaller payout. That confirmed price is the price of record even if the market moves afterwards.
10. Payouts are capped: the smallest return is 1.10× and the largest is 12×, so a freak result cannot break the leaderboard.
11. Settlement follows the official result of each bout as announced by the promotion. If a bout is cancelled, postponed beyond the event, has a fighter replaced, or is declared a draw or no contest, calls on that bout are voided and the points placed on it are returned to your total.
12. The method market settles on the official method of victory. A draw or no contest voids it.
13. Where there is an obvious pricing, display, scoring or technical error, or where an official result is later overturned, we may recalculate, correct or void affected calls, scores or prizes, acting reasonably.

4. Bonus points

14. Bonus points are awarded automatically from data the site already holds. There is nothing to claim and no proof to send. Early Bird (500) is awarded where your card is submitted before 23:59 UTC on the Wednesday before the event. Upset Hunter (750) is awarded where a call you made at a price of 30% or shorter settles as correct, once, however many such calls land. Full Card (1,000) is awarded where your submitted card carries a valid stake on every fight. Read The Finish (750) is awarded where your main-event method call is correct.
15. A voided call does not count towards Upset Hunter or Read The Finish.
16. Social bonuses are optional and are not a condition of entry: +100 for adding your Instagram handle, +100 for following us there, +100 for adding your X handle and +500 for following us on X, up to 800 points. They are awarded on entry and confirmed after the event, and we may withdraw them where a handle is invalid or a follow is not in place at settlement.

5. Prizes

17. The purse is USD 2,000, split across the top ten of the final leaderboard as published on the purse page. The Website may show these amounts converted into your local currency for convenience; that conversion is indicative only. The purse is denominated in US dollars and is paid in the winner's local currency at the prevailing rate on settlement day.
18. Ties are broken by the number of correct reads, then by the earlier submission time.
19. Winners are announced on @zabilidotcom and contacted on the email used to enter. A winner who does not respond within 14 days forfeits the prize, which may be re-awarded to the next-placed entrant.
20. One entry per person. Duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries are void, and we may disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has manipulated the Promotion.

6. Data and liability

21. We collect your email, country, corner name and social handle to run the Promotion and contact winners. We do not sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at gm@zabili.com, though doing so before settlement withdraws your entry.
22. Our liability is limited to the value of the prize. We are not liable for network failure, device failure or any other matter outside our reasonable control that stops you submitting in time.
23. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with UFC, Zuffa LLC, TKO Group Holdings, any fighter, Instagram, Meta or X.
24. This is not gambling or betting. It is a free-to-play skill and prediction game. No money is staked or wagered at any point.
25. These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
